Kimberly O’Sullivan focuses her practice on employment law. She serves as Of Counsel to NJ Employment Lawyers, LLC. She litigates state and federal claims of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. Kimberly also counsels clients on severance agreements, restrictive covenants, and employment contracts.
Before joining NJ Employment Lawyers, LLC, Kimberly practiced at Day Pitney LLP in New Jersey and at Pitney Hardin Kipp & Szuch before that firm’s merger with Day Pitney. Before entering private practice, Kimberly served as a law clerk to Superior Court Judge Harry G. Carroll (now a member of the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Appellate Division). Kimberly received her law degree cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. She received dual undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Connecticut. Kimberly has also published employment law articles dealing with image discrimination and identity theft.
